Hi, Is there 24/7 help available at reception? If not, what hours will the the be present at the villa?
The staff live close to the villa. If you are arriving late I recommend you use our son Ketut for your driver he can check you into the villa and help with luggage. I am on call if you need anything after hours. Thanks Made
Does every Villa have it's own private pool just for the people in that villa ? or is it shared with other couples?
Hi Villa I, Villa II and Villa III share a large pool you can see in the photo. Generally guests use the pool at different times and enjoy the large patios on each private villa. Villa V has a private pool. Regards, Made

Is this resort next to tiger kingdom and other attractions?

All the bedrooms have A/C the living spaces have fans. The temperature in Ubud is very stable during the day and evening you might need a little air conditioning. Thanks Made

Hi We have a large private pool shared with Villa I II and III Guests use the pool at different times or not at all there have been no conflicts and the pool is large and well kept. We can arrange a driver to the Elephant Sanctuary

Our villas can accommodate up to 20 guests. Often our guests will do yoga near our pool/patio area. We are located on a beautiful walking path close to Ubud Center, 2 yoga studios are close with classes every morning.
